Training with a business purpose

Spanish for every stage
of the sales conversation.

Build your team’s language skills around the work they do: approaching prospects, understanding customer needs, explaining value and following up. Content is adapted to participants’ Spanish level, including beginners.

01 / MAKE THE CONNECTION

Prospecting & understanding needs

Practise starting conversations and learning what matters to a potential customer.

  • Introduce your company and role
  • Ask questions about customer priorities
  • Arrange calls and meetings
02 / EXPLAIN THE VALUE

Products, proposals & negotiation

Develop the Spanish to explain your offer and discuss commercial details.

  • Present products and services
  • Clarify questions and handle objections
  • Discuss prices, terms and next steps
  • Adapt tone and questions to the negotiation context
03 / BUILD THE RELATIONSHIP

Follow-up & account communication

Work on the language needed to keep business conversations moving.

  • Follow up on meetings and proposals
  • Confirm agreements and expectations
  • Maintain relationships with clients and partners
Culture & negotiation

The words matter.
So does how you use them.

A commercial conversation involves more than vocabulary. Practise how to build rapport, recognise different expectations and adapt your communication when negotiating with Spanish-speaking clients and partners.

01 / BUILD TRUST

Relationships before agreements

Explore how introductions, rapport and professional etiquette can influence a business relationship. Practise opening conversations and establishing common ground.

02 / READ THE CONVERSATION

Tone, questions & disagreement

Practise making requests, clarifying indirect responses, handling objections and expressing disagreement respectfully. Check meaning instead of relying on assumptions.

03 / ALIGN EXPECTATIONS

Decisions, timing & follow-up

Ask about decision-making processes, confirm deadlines and summarise agreements. Adapt follow-up to the people and business context involved.

Context matters more than stereotypes.
Spanish-speaking markets are diverse. Activities consider the country, sector, company and individuals involved, rather than treating Latin America and Spain as one business culture.
Our approach

Your business context.
Your team's learning goals.

The starting point is a conversation about your company: who your team communicates with, what they need to achieve, and where Spanish can help.
